Privacy
The short version: we collect your email address so we can deliver what you bought, and very little else.
What we collect
- Your email address — required to deliver the product and support you.
- Your name — optional, only if you give it.
- Order records — product, price, cryptocurrency used, payment status, dates.
- A payment reference from NOWPayments so we can match your payment to your order.
What we do not collect
- Card details. There is no card payment on this site.
- Your wallet's private keys, seed phrase or balances. We never ask for these and never will.
- Any special-category personal data.
- Cross-site tracking or advertising profiles.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics that do not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you across sites. We record which pages are viewed, whether the audio sample was played, and whether a purchase completed. Wallet addresses and payment payloads are never sent to analytics.
Who we share it with
NOWPayments, to process your payment. Our email provider, to send your receipt and access link. Our hosting provider, which necessarily processes requests. Nobody else, and we do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your account and email are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we will action it. If we have to keep a financial record for tax reasons, we will say so and explain why.
