Who you are buying from

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean {{LEGAL_NAME}}. "You" means the person buying the product.
What you are buying
A digital product: a PDF ebook, a set of PDF resources and templates, and an audiobook in MP3 format. There is no physical item and nothing will be shipped.
The exact contents of each package are listed on the pricing section of the sales page at the time of purchase. That list is what you are entitled to.
Payment
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only, processed by NOWPayments. We never see or store your payment details.
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The cryptocurrency amount is calculated by the payment provider at the time you create a payment and is valid for a limited period shown on the payment page.
You are responsible for sending the exact amount, in the exact cryptocurrency, on the exact network shown. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us.
When you get access
Access is granted after the payment provider confirms your payment has reached a completed state on the blockchain. This is usually minutes but depends on the network and is outside our control.
Reaching a success page does not by itself grant access. Confirmation is verified on our server.
What you may do with it
Use the prompts, workflows and templates in your own business, including work you do for your own clients.
Customize and adapt the templates freely.
Print copies for use inside your own business.
Keep your copy indefinitely, including any updates to the edition you bought.
What you may not do
Resell, redistribute or give away the ebook, audiobook or resource files.
Publish the files publicly or upload them to a file-sharing service.
Sell the prompt collection or workflow library as your own product.
Share your account access commercially, or with people outside your own business.
What this product does not promise
This is educational material. It does not guarantee any business result, revenue figure, search ranking or outcome of any kind. Results depend entirely on your business and what you implement.
It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
AI assistants can produce confident and incorrect output. Every workflow in the kit ends with human review for that reason, and you remain responsible for anything you publish or send.
Availability
We aim to keep the customer library available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Your downloadable files are yours to keep once downloaded, and we recommend you do download them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with this product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones published when you bought.
Governing law
